We view partnerships with other entities, especially other leadership centers or institutes, to be an important element in realizing the vision and mission of the Center for Responsible Leadership. Partnerships can help foster intellectual stimulation and joint research, grant proposals, and leadership development activities. In addition, partnerships represent a mechanism to promote the visibility of the Center through, for example, jointly-sponsored conferences. Some initial entities with which we will pursue partnerships include: (1) the Gallup Leadership Institute (University of Nebraska), (2) the Garvin Center for Culture and Languages of International Management (Thunderbird, the School of Global Management), and (3) Leadership and Management Programs of the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership (United States Military Academy).
